• It had been one hell of a week for Zara. Between her frequent visits to the police stations, meetings with Damien, and tending to her son, she was already so exhausted.
• The whole thing still seemed like a dream to her. It wasn't until she got the notice for the court hearing that she realized Cora was really out for her head.
