Chapter 51 Cold Revenge

• Ciara sat in her office, patiently waiting on her Secretary, Sheila's arrival. She checked her time for the umpteenth times, it's only ten minutes left until Sheila's arrival. Ciara had all the day to herself, it's only half an hour before dusk and Gerald had taken Herzl out as usual, It's only until after dusk before they returned.
• She had promised to come pick him up from school, but it skipped her memory —or maybe she couldn't, due to lots on her desk; she had asked Gerald to make it up to Herzl on her behalf.
• Instead of staying idle, Ciara decided to keep herself busy with the newspaper one of her staff had left for her earlier that morning. Since the past few months, Ciara had preferred reading the newspaper articles than listening to digital news or checking them up on her mobile.
