Chapter 6 KîLl Him!

  • "Which group are you going to join?" Zoey asked Tiffany during the lunch break, on the rooftop the next day.
  • "Group?" Tiffany creased her brow.
  • "Ugh, there are different groups in western high, there are swimmers, dancers, singers, footballers, name it," Zoey sipped her juice.
  • "Oh, that. I don't have any skills to flaunt. How about you? Which group are you in?" Tiffany asked.
  • "Singing. Trust me, I am a good singer," Zoey said and Tiffany laughed, nodding her head.
  • "You know how to cook, right?"
  • "No, I can only make sandwich, " Tiffany said and Zoey laughed.
  • "How can you not know how to cook?"
  • "Well, growing up, there is no one to teach me how to do the domestic chores. That's how much of a loner I've been," Tiffany nodded her head then took a bite from her doughnut.
  • "Oh."
  • "By the way, do you not have friends? It's not like you just resumed also, you should have at least two or more friends," Tiffany mumbled with a mouthful of doughnut.
  • "Well... I just don't want to relate with the girls here. Most of them come from a prestigious family and the rest are either their dogs or informants or whatever," Zoey rolled her eyes and Tiffany chuckled.
  • "I understand you," she nods her head.
  • "Hey, I gotta visit the ladies' room," Zoey dropped her juice on the railing and rushed off.
  • "Wait for me, I'll be back!" she added.
  • Tiffany rested her arms on the railing and watched the view from the rooftop.
  • The guys were in the garden, playing football, some are on another side watching them.
  • Her mind drifted back to what happened the previous night.
  • Heaven knows she didn't sleep till dawn.
  • How the hell could she sleep after what she heard?
  • There was no way she could.
  • In this 21st century or whatever, Tiffany wouldn't want to believe that such things as supernatural stuff do exist.
  • But she wouldn't deny the fact that her life had been stranged ever since she knew right from wrong.
  • Thinking back at things, Tiffany dare not forget what happened at the mountain ten years ago.
  • She dare not.
  • If only...
  • "See who is here."
  • Tiffany cursed inwardly at the person that disrupted her thoughts and looked back slowly then shook her head at the guy behind her, "what are you doing here?"
  • "What am I doing here?" Aiden queried as he settled his arms on the railing beside her making her shoulder burn faintly.
  • "Tsk..."
  • "Did you get home safely yesternight?" Aiden glanced at her with a smile on his face.
  • "What is your business with that?" Tiffany glared at him.
  • "Is that how you treat your lifesaver?" Aiden joked.
  • "Lifesaver? Will you stop calling yourself that? I could get those guys myself and beat them to a pulp," Tiffany hissed.
  • "Well, it was you who called me that first. And I liked the title," Aiden chuckled.
  • "What do you want from me? Do you need me to put up a banner that you helped me?" Tiffany asked as her brows drew together.
  • "Will you do that?" Aiden jested.
  • "What is with you? Don't you have other things to do than talk?"
  • "Well, I'm not always a chatterbox, you should be glad I'm talking to you right now," Aiden shrugged his shoulder and Tiffany raised a brow.
  • "You are dumb," she shook her head.
  • "Well..."
  • "Just get the fûck away from me," Tiffany interrupted him.
  • "Well, if you say so," Aiden chuckled and turned to walk away.
  • "By the way, you should be very careful if you want to stay in this school," Aiden stopped walking and said to her.
  • "What?" Tiffany creased her brow.
  • "You are already on the Dax's blacklist. Declan to be precise," Aiden said them began to walk away.
  • ''Bunch of imbeciles," Tiffany mumbled to herself and resumed enjoying the view from the rooftop.
  • -
  • "Hey! I saw Aiden, was he here?" Zoey walked towards her.
  • "Huh, yeah," Tiffany nodded her head then returned her bottle of juice to her.
  • "What did you guys talk about?"
  • "Well... Nothing," Tiffany answered.
  • "Really?" Zoey raised a brow as she opened the lid of the bottled juice.
  • "Actually, he said something about me being in the list of the Dax or whatever," Tiffany said nonchalantly.
  • "Hell, no! That can't happen!" Zoey widened her eyes.
  • "Why?''
  • "When they say you are on their blacklist, that means they felt challenged by you," Zoey explained.
  • "Okay," Tiffany nodded her head.
  • "Okay? It is not okay! Those guys are dangerous. Especially Declan and Xyler!" Zoey said, fear evident on her face.
  • "Oh..."
  • ''There was this time they felt challenged by a guy, the guys almost committed suicîdé by the time they were done with him," Zoey explained.
  • "Oh," Tiffany blinked, not wavered.
  • "I'm serious! I heard he was abused physically or something like that," Zoey explained in a whisper.
  • "So, are you scared I'll end up like that?" Tiffany chuckled.
  • "Yes. I don't want anything to happen to you," Zoey pouted and Tiffany smiled.
  • Well, it felt so good that someone cared.
  • "Don't worry, no one can hurt me. I'm gonna beat anyone who tries to come at me. Okay?"
  • "But..." at that time, the bell that indicated that lunch break was over rang.
  • "Break is over, let's go," Tiffany grabbed her arm.
  • "But..."
  • "Shush, let's go," Tiffany smiled and pulled her along.
  • =
  • It was a free period, while some gathered in groups to gossip, some focused on their books, some slept, while Zoey moved her chair closer to Tiffany and dropped and Novel in front of her.
  • "Let's read this together," she smiled.
  • "I'm not a fan of novels," Tiffany breathed out.
  • "It's very interesting, trust me. You are going to love it," Zoey tried to persuade her.
  • "I..."
  • "Let's begin. If you don't like it after the first chapter, let me know, okay?" Zoey smiled at her and Tiffany rolled her eyes.
  • This girl was indeed a pest.
  • Well, they just knew each other but she was getting used to her already.
  • After a few minutes, a junior girl entered the classroom, greeted everybody then looked around.
  • "What are you looking for?" someone said out.
  • "Excuse me, but I'm looking for Tiffany," she said.
  • "Why? What is wrong?" Zoey stopped reading and looked up at the young girl?
  • "Actually, I... senior Declan said she should come to the lounge," she answered.
  • ¶¶
  • "Gosh, I knew the Dax was not going to let it slide."
  • "She signed a deal with the devil already!"
  • "It's just her second day in school!"
  • "It has been so long something like this happened."
  • "I know, right? She's doomed."
  • ¶¶
  • "Why?" Tiffany raised a brow.
  • "I... I have no idea."
  • "Then tell him I'm not coming. If he needs to tell me anything, tell him to come over," Tiffany glared at the girl then returned her gaze to the already boring novel.
  • "I think you should go," Zoey whispered.
  • "Why?" Tiffany glanced at her.
  • "Declan is very dangerous. He won't take it lightly with you at all," Zoey mumbled.
  • "Well, I don't want to go," Tiffany shrugged her shoulder off then felt someone kick her chair from behind.
  • She looked back at Lauren who had a sassy look, her arms folded tightly across her chest.
  • "Do you feel so great? You probably think you are on top of the world, right?" Lauren twitched her mouth.
  • "Well, you can say that," Tiffany shrugs her shoulder off.
  • "Do you think the Dax is a joke? Tsk, you are toying with the tiger's tail. Trust me," Lauren shook her head.
  • "Okay," Tiffany nodded her head and returned her gaze to the novel.
  • "Tiffany..." Zoey called out gently.
  • "I'm not going, let's continue what we are reading," Tiffany said and opened the next page.
  • "We're not through with this page," Zoey eyed her and Tiffany nodded her head.
  • After a few minutes had passed, Tiffany heard whispers from afar saying that the Dax was there and she knew instantly that those guys were coming to her.
  • "Tiffany!" Declan barged inside the classroom, then Xyler, and then Aiden.
  • "Where is Tiffany?" Declan impersonated a pose.
  • Tiffany exhaled as she felt fingers pointed at her.
  • "Stand up!" Declan ordered.
  • "Why?'' Tiffany groaned in her thick voice and murmurs began.
  • "Why?" Declan repeated.
  • "Huh, why?" Tiffany asked then glanced at Declan whose hands were dipped in his pocket then Xyler who impersonated Declan's pose then Aiden who sat on the table, chewing gum, his gaze totally fixed on his phone.
  • "I fûcking sent someone to call you!" Declan yelled.
  • "Why? Does it hurt your pride that you come down here yourself?" Tiffany smirked.
  • "What?!" Declan ran his hand through his head furiously.
  • "I fûcking hate this girl," Xyler groaned.
  • "Newsflash, I hàté you much more," Tiffany rolled her eyes.
  • "Woah," Aiden nodded his head, his head still buried in his phone.
  • "Get the fûck up this instant before I do the worse to you!" Declan yelled.
  • "Dude, do you not have better things to do? Are you that jobless? You left your space to pick a fight with a girl. Damn, you're fûcking low," Tiffany groaned.
  • "Bîtch!" Declan screamed frustratedly.
  • "You are a fûcking bîtch! Who the hell do you think you are? If I let loose of my men, you will be miserable for the rest of your life. Well, I forgive quite easily, just go on your knees and apologize. I'll fûcking let everything go,'' Declan sucked in lower lips.
  • "Now, tell that to your mama at home, asshólé," Tiffany said through gritted teeth then turned to face Zoey.
  • "Escort me to the restroom, please," she whispered to then stoop up.
  • Declan unconsciously bit his lower lips in anger till it bled, he was never going to let this slide.
  • How dare she mention his mother like she was nothing?!
  • As Tiffany walked past him, he pulled her back with her hair the grabbed it tightly, making her scream in pain.
  • "Asshólé, get the fûck off me!" Tiffany screamed.
  • "You..."
  • Declan let go of her hair, then raised his hand to slap her hard across her face but Tiffany was quick to dodge it.
  • She bent down which made him slap nothing then stood in front of him. She grabbed him tightly by his neck then pushed him against the wall.
  • "Kîll him!" a voice suddenly said in her head.
  • That voice!
  • "Kîll him and show everyone that you are bigger and stronger than them!" the voice came again, this time, frightening.
  • "This bîtch...she..has gone m...mad!" Declan managed to say.
  • "I will put an end to you," Tiffany whispered intimidatingly.
  • "Yes. That is it," the voice said, commending her.
  • Declan widened his eyes as he felt his legs lifting from the ground.
  • Wait, this girl fûcking lift him with one hand like he was some bunch of feathers.
