Chapter 3

• Reggie came to a standstill, and his eyes widened when a figure appeared in front of him.
• Amazon!
• "Why did you stop?" Ramona asked fearfully.
• "We got caught" Reggie replied, and Sally came down from his back slowly.
• More than twenty palace guards surrounded them in another minute, and Reggie took both Ramona and Sally's hand.
• He held them tight as Amazon started coming closer.
• She finally got to them and raised her hand to slap him. Reggie closed his eyes, expecting it, but it didn't come, so he opened his eyes slowly.
• Amazon's hand was already down.
• "Arrest them" she ordered, and three guards came closer to them.
• Ramona started crying bitterly as they started tying their hands behind them.
• After the tying, the guards started leading them back to the palace.
• Reggie clenched his fists, getting everything that just happened.
• King Logan's plan was to deceive them with freedom, and it worked.
• Immediately they left the forest, someone landed on the spot they were arrested from, and when his face came to view, it turned out to be Arthur.
• He made to move forward, but the smell of fresh blood drew him back.
• He squatted on the spot and touched the blood with his fingers, then he looked up blankly.

• Ramona and her family were tied to poles immediately they arrived, and the look of hopelessness covered their faces like veils.
• Fear filled their trembling breaths, and the smell of pains hung in the air.
• Princess Shakira appeared with the queen dowager, and Shakira went closer to Ramona first.
• She slapped her hard on the right cheek. "Ahh!" Ramona spit blood.
• Shakira slapped her again, and she spit out blood again.
• The slaps continued till the tenth one, and Ramona's nose started bleeding too.
• "Stop!!!!" Reggie screamed tearfully, and the queen dowager walked to him.
• "And why should she stop?, Criminal" she glared, holding his face roughly.
• "His majesty took us into the forest, we didn't escape by ourselves" he replied, and the queen dowager slapped him
• "AHH!" He gasped.
• "How dare you lie on his majesty after trying to escape with Cobra's help!" She spat.
• "Cobra never came!, It wasn't Cobra!, His majesty did it!" Reggie shouted, and the queen dowager stretched forth her right palm.
• A dagger appeared on it, and just when she tried shoving it into his belly, Princess Alice appeared and held her hand.
• "Mother, please don't" she begged, and the queen dowager sent her far away with her eyes.
• Alice landed on the ground, wounding her elbows.
• "Ouch!, Mother!"
• "How dare you beg for a sinner who killed your sister!"
• King Logan came in with Kyle, and everyone bowed.
• His arms were crossed behind him as he walked in front of everyone of them.
• "My toy, you think you can run away from me?, Never" he chuckled, holding Ramona's chin.
• "You son of a bastard!, How could you release us just so you could have fun!, F**k your existence!" Reggie shouted stubbornly, and all eyes widened.
• "Reggie no" Ramona trembled.
• "I'm not scared of you!, Just kill me if you want!, The truth is you're not as powerful as you claim!, You're just an insecure bastard who's jealous of his junior brother!" Reggie said again.
• "Reggie stop!!!" Ramona shouted, and Logan super sped to him.
• He shoved the dagger from earlier into his belly, and his blood wet the ground immediately.
• "Aarrgg!!!" He cried painfully.
• "Reggie!, Reggie are you ok?, Reggie!" Sally shouted.
• Logan removed the dagger roughly, and Reggie puked blood.
• "I'm still the king, how dare you talk down at me" he muttered ragingly, and Reggie just kept vomiting blood.
• Jonathan was watching from his terrace, and his fists were folded as usual. Tears were coming out of his eyes.
• The truth is, he can no absolutely nothing to stop this.
• His mother is a human, and Logan is a wizard, and that makes him an half human, half wizard, so he'd never be strong enough to face Logan. Never!
• From the kitchen balcony, Felix and Amy were watching too, and as Reggie bled, Amy felt tears wetting her eyes.
• "Getting emotional?" Felix smiled.
• "Don't smile, please" Amy sniffed, wiping the tears before they'd fall.
• Amazon folded her fists as she watched from the middle of the guards too. Her fists were shaking.
• "They were saying you released them" Shakira said.
• "Really?, Not Cobra?" Logan smiled, walking away from Reggie.
• "What do we do to them, mother?" Shakira asked the queen dowager.
• "They committed three sins, first was trying to escape, second was talking down on the throne, and third was lying on the king" the queen dowager said.
• "Electrocute Ramona till she sees the spirit of death" Logan said, and Ramona started crying again.
• "And as for the other two, beat them till they feel like dying" the queen dowager said.
• Shakira smiled satisfactorily, and Alice watched pitifully. She's totally helpless.
• The electrocuting wire was connected to Ramona's metal pole, then water from the kitchen was poured on Sally and Reggie.
• The wire was hammered, and it started sending currents to the pole.
• Ramona started trembling as the currents passed through her body, and her life started shaking as usual.
• Her teeth was clattering, and she couldn't even scream as her blood escaped every hole in her body.
• Her life flashed countless times, and it stood on the brim.
• The right name for this is surely abyss, HELL.
• Reggie was crying slowly as he watched her sister getting electrocuted, and that made him remember the sweet moments ten years ago.
• "I have the prettiest sister in the whole world" he'd always say.
• "And my Reggie is the most handsome guy in Baal" she'd reply after giving him a peck, and a happy laughter will follow.
• "Ramona!!!!!" He screamed as the first lash of the whip landed on his back.
• "Ramona!!!" Sally screamed too as she also got a lash.
• Jonathan let out more tears as he watched, and he suddenly felt an hand on his shoulder.
• He looked up to see it's queen Beth.
• "Mo...mo.. ther" he stuttered tearfully, and she hugged his face to her chest.
• "All will he well, Jonathan"

• All the ministers were already waiting when Logan stepped into the court.
• The last time he met with the ministers was middle last year. All his time was always spent torturing Ramona or being with his mistresses.
• "Bow to his majesty!" The guard by the door shouted, and they all bowed fearfully.
• "Greetings!, Your royal majesty!" They chorused as he walked past them, his blue robe looking so s*xy on him.
• He was wearing the supernatural crown, and that even added to his s*xiness.
• His wickedness apart, he's a freaking handsome devil.
• He smiled as he sat on the throne, and the ministers looked up.
• "I'll finally be leaving today, it's been a long year" he said.
• "The festival is starting in an hour's time" the minister of war said.
• "How many of the participants gathered already?"
• "Twenty out of thirty, your majesty" another minister replied, and Logan smiled again.
• "Feels good to reign over Baal for one long year, and I'll happily handover to the winner of the festival" he said, and they all bowed their heads again.
• Logan rested back on the throne, and his smiled turned to a smirk.
• "Leaving is not my thing" he muttered.

• Amazon just finished taking her bath, and she stood in front of the mirror before taking the towel away from her tummy.
• The pipe Logan threw at her tummy last night created a big wound, and it hurts like hell.
• She was cringing in pains as she applied a white healing power on it, then she wrapped bandage around it and put on a black shirt.
• She hasn't put on her pants when Bolt came in.
• He's the deputy head guard of the dungeon, her assistant.
• "Strong woman got hurt, so sorry" he said, and she ignored him as she started putting on her pants.
• Immediately she finished putting it on, he turned her to himself and kissed her.
• She responded immediately, holding him tightly as their tongues battled shortly, but when he tried to grab her b**bs, she broke it.
• "I'm wounded, not now" she said and he sighed before pulling her into a hug.
• "I'm sorry, I got carried away" he said. She pulled away from the hug.
• "Does it hurt a lot?" He asked, holding her face
• "Not that much" she replied, and he kissed her lips again.
• "Need to go for our shifts" she broke it, grabbing her sword.
• "Sure, let's go" he smiled, leaving with her.

• Ramona's eyes opened slightly, but the pains she felt made her close it immediately.
• She was lying on the floor.
• Dried blood filled her skin, and her whole body feels like it has been butchered.
• She tried to move a finger, but it was impossible cos of the pains coursing through her bloodstream and flesh.
• Her head was jingling, her eyes so hurtful, her body feels numb. Her p*ssy hurts, and she can't even open her mouth.
• She passed out during the electrocution last night, and here she is.
• No matter the torture, she was made to know that she'd never die unless they're ready to kill her.
• She has been begging for death since the first day of the torture, but she never got it.
• She managed to smile lightly when princess Elena's face came to her memory.
• She was actually her personal maid when she was still alive, and the fact that they were both eighteen made them so close.
• She was the prettiest of all her sisters, and of course, her father's favorite, but she's just so cool and not spoilt.
• Whenever Ramona is busy with bathing or doing anything, and other maids come to stay, she'd decline completely.
• "No, I want my Ramona only" she'd always say.
• They loved each other so much, and one will think they're sisters.... but...she was accused of killing that same Princess.
• "I... it... wasn't me..." Ramona muttered, and tears slipped out of her eyes, rolling out of her blindfold.

• "The festival is starting in thirty minutes time, let's return to the palace" Felix said, facing Amy.
• They've been strolling the city since they finished serving breakfast.
• "Can't wait for king Logan to leave today" she replied, and he stroked her hair.
• "Me too" he said, and she smiled, but when they made to start leaving, they heard a painful yell from afar.
• They stopped and looked at each other, then they started walking to that direction.
• A demon is chasing after a human girl, and she was screaming fearfully as she ran.
• The demon finally caught up and grabbed her.
• "Save me!!!" She screamed as the scary thing made to eat her up, but Felix appeared and snatched her away.
• The demon tried flying away immediately he saw him, but Amy appeared and pulled him back by the leg, then she removed the fork in her hair and sank it into his eye.
• "Wench!, How dare you!!!" He screamed, staggering around with bleeding eye.
• He suddenly stood straight and started coming for her, but Felix blocked him and thrusted his knife into his chest.
• The demon turned to sand immediately, and he exhaled.
• "I want to be like you both, that was cool" the human girl said, and Amy stroked her hair.
• "Be careful next time, ok?" She said.
• "Sure" the girl nodded and blew kisses at them before running away.
• "You're not hurt, are you?" Felix held Amy's face.
• "I'm fine" she smiled, taking his hands off before pulling him out of the place.

• "I can't wait!, In five minutes time, we'll be in the palace!" Mikaela said cheerfully, jumping as she walked ahead of Arthur and Mandela.
• "You're really serious about becoming a Princess" Mandela said.
• "I wanna know what it feels like to live in a palace" she replied.
• "What if Arthur gets a queen when he becomes king?" Mandela said.
• "That'd never happen!, I don't want any woman around father, right father?" She faced Arthur.
• He was about to speak when he started feeling strange, so he stopped walking.
• "Something wrong?" Mandela asked.
• "No, just paranoia" Arthur replied and proceeded, but immediately he took the next step, it's like his foot was gummed to the ground, he couldn't take another step.
• A thick fog surrounded him immediately, and his eyes widened a bit.
• "I'm trapped" he said.
• "Crap!" Mandela said.
• "I smell the blood of a chaste woman" Mikaela sniffed.
• "Don't come near the fog" Arthur said from inside.
• "I need to think of a way to break the barrier!" Mikaela replied and went closer, but she was thrown back forcefully, and she landed far away on dried leaves.
• "Stubborness won't help here" Mandela said as she stood.
• "I can clearly see the face of the bastard behind this" she smirked.
• "Who?" Mandela asked.
• "His imbecile of a brother, Lagoon" she replied.
• "It's Logan" Mandela said.
• "I don't care, let's think of something" Mikaela replied.
• "Arthur are you ok?!" Mandela shouted.
• "I'm fine, give me some minutes to think of something" he replied.

• The festival is just starting, and as the first participant stepped into the arena, Logan smiled from his seat.
• He's sitting on his royal chair, and queen Beth is on his right side.
• Jonathan is by his left.
• The queen dowager and her daughters are sitting around him.
• Amy and Felix stood with the guards, watching intently, and the kingmakers were standing at the center.
• Till the first man got to the center, nothing like rain happened, so he stepped down, and the second man came up.
• Same thing happened, no rain.
• They kept coming till the twentieth one, and there's still no rain.
• "Only ten participants left, don't tell me there'll be no rain this year, you know what that means" Amy said.
• "King Logan will reign for another year, and Ramona will die this time around" Felix smiled.
• Princess Alice swallowed hard as the twenty first man came up, but still no rain.
• Jonathan bit his lip, and Queen Beth kept a straight look.
• The queen dowager looked blank as usual.
• Shakira and Logan were smiling.
• The twenty fifth man came up.

• "I'm sure the festival is over already" Mandela said.
• "Shut up! we still have ten minutes left!" Mikaela snapped.
• Arthur is still trapped in the foggy barrier, and there's still no solution.
• Arthur's eyes were closed inside the barrier, different thoughts running through his mind.
• "Can the blood of a horse break this?" Mandela said.
• "No, think of something else" Mikaela replied desperately.
• Mandela was about to talk again when her eyes widened.
• "Stop!" She smiled.
• At the same time, Arthur opened his eyes inside the fog.
• "The blood of a witch and the blood of a cat" Mikaela said.
• "Logan must have forgotten about Mandela" Arthur smirked.
• "Collision of your bloods, Mandela" he further said.
• Mikaela tore her palm with her nails, and Mandela did with his sword. They both dropped their blood on the ground.
• The ground started shaking violently, and they had to close their eyes as the fog disseminated everywhere.
• A short storm happened, shaking all the surrounding trees to their roots, and all the dried leaves on the ground gathered in the atmosphere.
• Arthur walked out of the barrier slowly, and Mikaela smiled.
• "We have just three minutes" Mandela said, and immediately the leaves landed back on the ground, they started running.

• The twenty ninth participant walked out of the arena when he couldn't make it reign, and Logan smiled, knowing the thirtieth participant is never gonna come.
• Everyone expected the last person to come up, but no one showed up.
• "It's over, king Logan is ruling over us for another year" Amy said.
• "I don't think so, I feel something will happen" Felix smiled.
• "Stop smiling at the wrong time jerk" Amy rolled eyes, and he laughed.
• Jonathan looked at Logan who was smiling, and his mind went to Ramona.
• "Ramona, I'm sorry it happened this way" he muttered painfully.
• "Seems the last participant isn't coming, let's make this fast" Shakira said.
• "Close the gate" the queen dowager ordered, and the guards started closing the big iron gate.
• Logan stood happily.
• The kingmakers faced him.
• "I hereby pronounce King Logan McCarthy, as the next king of...
• That was interrupted by the breakdown of the palace gate.
• The gate fell down violently, and Arthur came in, walking in a majestic slow mo.
• Logan's eyes widened immediately, and his arms fell.
• Immediately Arthur stepped his right foot on the arena, a loud thunder sounded, and everyone held their ears.
• An heavy rain started, and everyone screamed madly.
• "Yes!" Jonathan jumped.
• "I love this!" Amy hugged Felix.
• Mandela and Mikaela came in behind Arthur. Mikaela was smiling so bright.
• Immediately princess Shakira set eyes on handsome Mandela, she smiled.
• "He's mine" she whispered, getting wet beneath.
• Princess Alice smiled at him too, it was love at first sight.
• Arthur got to the center as the rain kept pouring, and the kingmakers bowed for him immediately.
• "Here comes the eleventh king of Baal empire, king Arthur McCarthy!"
• The crown vanished from Logan's head and appeared on Arthur's head immediately.
• "Bow to his majesty!"
• "Your majesty!!!" Everyone bowed, and Logan fell back to his seat.
