• I was terrified. I was trembling. My heartbeat seemed to drown out all the noise around me. Everything had become a blur when I saw Suhyeon covered in blood. I had screamed, cried, and begged her to open her eyes but she hadn’t responded. Not even once.
• I didn’t even know who had called the paramedics or the police, but they had taken Suhyeon to the hospital and Min-Jae to jail.
