Chapter 9
- "Just drop me off by the black gate." I pointed Sage where to stop, it was far from our apartment. It's not that I don't trust him, I just find it too fast to open up my privacy to him. I really hope he understands my reasons.
- "Are you sure?" He added with a wrinkled forehead so I nod to answer. He stared at me intently, digging into my soul to search if I'm saying the truth or not. After minutes of staring, he finally let out a sigh if defeat before taking his seatbelt.
- He leaned to my side and my eyes automatically closed when I felt him planting kisses on my forehead, temple, cheeks and nose. I was constantly waiting for a kiss on my lips.
