Chapter 29

She was so shocked. "B-baby..."
"Eat up!I will take you home as soon as you are done! I have things to do!" he cut in.
He hadn't talked to her after that. He didn't kiss her or even say a word to her when he dropped her to her apartment at 5 a.m. It was by far the most serious disagreement they had. He just asked her to move in with him but suddenly changed his mind. She didn't want to entertain the thought that he finally was tired with her. He didn't care for her anymore. She went to bed crying. She fell asleep longer than she wanted to. It was already 8 a.m. She checked her phone but no messages or missed call from Brandon. It was her second day of freedom but she wasn't happy. She didn't want to go to the flower shop. Her morning was gloomy and depressing because she didn't talk nor exchange messages with Brandon. She called Jane and told her she wasn't feeling well. She was kind enough to say that she can take a break from work until she was okay. She cried after she talked to her. When she felt that her eyes were already sore and swollen from crying she decided to get a bottle of wine in the chiller.
