- ON their way home, while buckling her seatbelt, Isla’s phone rang. She then picked it up inside her bag and her forehead knitted when it was an unknown number.
- Nonetheless, she still answered it. She looked at Becca, who just came in because she went to the restroom, and said “hello.”
- “Text me if Becca is already asleep,” said the voice, and the caller ended the call.
