• The group of men dispersed from the desk and either sat down to do some work or left to go and manage one of the sites. Usually, Callan would stay in the office, but today it was Micha and Eric who stayed behind. I could see them both glancing over at me as the day went on. It felt like there was something they weren't telling me, that they were whispering among themselves.
• “What is up with you two?” I asked, not liking the tension that had built up in the room.
