• An eerie feeling permeated the air of the entire room as Meagan walked in. Her sisters had asked her to come sleep in their rooms but she had insisted on wanting to sleep in the room she had shared with her husband and mate instead.
• Meagan felt some hot tears burn down her cheeks as she walked towards the bed refusing to put the light on. She stumbled against the bed frame and it made the tears fall harder. Resting her butt on the edge of the bed, Meagan gripped the sheets hard as she felt her heart tear out.
