Chapter 41 Night Surprise

• I hand Margaret my bunch of colourful flowers after picking them from the lush gardens outside of the main palace. She has a special dinner prepared for her and her loving mate, and wanted the most attractive flowers to decorate the table.
• "Michael was given his own quarters within the main palace after being appointed the secretary of the king's council. He asked me to move in with him." Margaret reveals as she mixes the flowers, throwing away those that doesn't fit the bunch.
