• ERICA'S POV
• I got into the car whispering mu thanks to Kyle under my breath as the door closed behind me. He had been ignoring me since we left the villa. I wondered what was running through his mind and what he seemed to be thinking so deeply about. That's if he was thinking about anything in the first place.
• Kyle got into the car and told the driver to drive. The silence was intense and uncomfortable that I kept shifting in my seat, restless and not at peace with his calmness. I opened my mouth to say something and shut it again.
