Chapter 79 Reckoning

• The height wasn't that much. It was only a one story building but Laura had fallen badly on a pile of rough bricks with broken bottles and nails. Broken bottles and nails pierced into her head and her skin. She was still unconscious but she could feel her breath slowly leaving her as the excruciating pain coursed through her mercilessly.
• Her car wasn't too far. She'd instructed her guard to park the car close by. She’d only intended to threaten Alpha Dante and be on her way, so she had told him to remain in the car so that once she stepped out, they would be on their way back home.
