• The line went quiet. I looked at the phone, then tucked it back into my pocket. I turned around to see Rafael was still standing close enough he probably heard every word.
• He gave me a big smile and nodded his head once before walking back over to where he set his cup down. “Emil, after the meeting, I need you and a guard to go to Kinsley’s family home and get her father.”
