Sierra smiled slightly and rose to her feet, getting ready to leave the room. “Well, since you promised her, I’ll go out and meet her.” She did not even ask David Bishop why he agreed to Lace’s request. In her eyes, everything David Bishop did was for good reasons, and he would never harm her. Therefore, she trusted him unconditionally and did not put up her guard against him.
“Let’s go.” David Bishop nodded, preparing to leave the room as well. Before they exited the room, he added, “That girl’s words can be offensive... Just let her look at you for a short while, then you can return to your room.”
“Okay.” Sierra nodded before she left the room under David Bishop’s lead.
