Chapter 672 The Identity Of Dalton

  • Underworld guards were once human, after all. They made an effort to maintain appearances by acting as though the attendant was speaking to their neighbors rather than to them. "Hey," Vesper remarked, turning back, "she's asking if you guys want coffee." Vesper was being dragged frantically away by Grim, who was pressing him to follow his example of walking away in silence. Wynter appeared to comprehend something at that point and smiled as he said,. "Is she requesting us? She appears to be asking, I believe. "Three days!" Vesper cut her short. "You have three days to do it. Then we have to take him away. Wynter's eyebrow went up. "All right, great. Yes, the attendant did ask us that question. "Two cups of hot coffee and one milk, please," she murmured, turning to the side. Thank you. She paid for her order in a flash. "Of course. Coming up right now!" On the breakfast cart, the attendant began working on Wynter's order.
  • Taking advantage of this, the guilty underworld guards immediately vanished. They had a reputation for being fearsome, but they had never escaped so quickly. It was so strange. Why did the living suddenly learn of their existence? Dawn was still thirty minutes away. The events of tonight were all too bizarre. When they got back underground, they were resolved to look into it. Despite Dalton's delicate and fragile appearance, no one suspected him. He simply stood behind Wynter, coughing lightly every now and again. His tiny smile was a subtle threat, but no one saw it except the three ghosts. Nor would they dare to approach if it were them.
  • The soul-locking chain was exactly what its name suggested. In an instant, it knew its master. The three spirits were now quite confident that Dalton was the legendary underworld lord, if they had ever had any doubts about his identity. Only he, after all, could frighten the soul-locking chain into exposing its true nature. Once Dalton's identity was established, the three ghosts were afraid to make any noise at all. They approached Wynter in silence, wondering whether they needed to remind her of the well-known person standing just next to her. But there was also chaos. What prevented him from identifying his master? Leo received a lot of inquiries. He had heard some spirits speak about it previously, and he had been here longer than the twins.
