- I glanced at Rafael. “I feel like I’ve missed something quite important.”
- Grinning, he sat down in the chair beside me. “You get used to it.” Patting the chair on the other side, he looked at Crissy. “Sit and write down anything important we need to know.”
- She nodded and pulled her backpack off. “I was in my tower after Daxx left and it came to me all at once.”
