Chapter 37 please obey me

• Daniel’s P.O.V
• Everyone was dressed in black and the mansion was quickly filling up with bodyguards and guests. Jackson and I walked up to the front door and all the bodyguards bowed their heads in respect to us. We entered the mansion and the whole place was silent, with everyone paying their respects to my late grandfather. Everyone turned and looked at me in surprise when I walked in, none of them were expecting me to be here today, but I just ignored them. There was a coffin in the middle, but I didn't pay any attention to it, there was only one person I wanted to see here and that was my mother.
• “Daniel, daniel, my son.” Mom called me and when I turned around she was running towards me. She wrapped her arms around me and hugged me tightly, even though her tears were streaming down her face she was still smiling and happy to see me. It had been several months since I had seen her, but I still called her and had only spoken to her this month. I knew that she was surprised to see me because I made a promise when I left. Jackson was standing next to me, but his eyes were on his own mother who was slowly coming over to him, next thing I know jackson has run over to her and is hugging her.
