• Alverdo continued to call various contacts, as he drove on the highway in an attempt to bring down his daughter's viral video, but all of his efforts were unsuccessful. No one wanted to get involved because they were aware of Javier's reputation and didn't want to risk getting on his bad side.
• "Why haven't you been answering my calls?" he angrily lashed out at the CEO of a TV broadcasting service in New York, frustrated by the time she took to pick up.
• "I'm busy. What do you want?" she said nonchalantly, already knowing why he was calling her non-stop.
