• My jaw ticked and my fist grew whiter as my phone rang. Zion had been calling me since two hours ago, I don’t know if he was genuinely worried about where I was or if he discovered that coincidentally, I and his ex-girlfriend who wore matching outfits happened to meet and greet.
• I stared at the ocean waves collapsing and the cool breeze bit into my skin. My eyes stung with tears, but I didn’t know if it was worth crying over, or if I just deserved an explanation that should put me at ease.
