• Mikel woke up the next morning, it was a Sunday morning, he picked up his phone and searched for caira's number, that was what he does every morning, he never steps out if the house without hearing her voice first. He scrolled through his phone in search of caira's number, but couldn't find it, good thing he wrote down her phone number in his diary, so he opened his drawer and brought out his diary. he flipped through the pages carefully and found caira's information on the 4th page, he copied it into his phone and dailed it, but it wasn't reachable. he did this repeatedly but it still wasn't reachable. What could have happened? Why was her number not reachable, could she have blacklisted him again, caira wouldn't blacklist him for no reason, he needed to pay her a visit, to ensure that she's fine. Mikel had his bath quickly and in no time, he was done dressing up, he picked up his car keys and hit the road.
• After a long drive, he finally arrived at caira's apartment. He stepped out of the car in silence as he scoured his eyes around the environment. The serenity of the environment was just so unusual, he stood outside for few minutes, but couldn't find any trace of her. So, he decided to ring the doorbell. He Walk towards the door and rang the doorbell repeatedly, but there was no response, it appeared that no one was home. This got him really worried as he paced in front of her apartment restlessly. Where could she have gone so early, it was just 7:25am, and caira was always at home. Mikel inserted his phone into his pocket as he walked to the apartment nextdoor and rang the doorbell. Luckily,he heard a response from inside the house, he waited patiently and the door opened almost immediately, reviling the face of an elderly woman in her late 60's.
