Chapter 29

• My eyes opened slowly. My body felt deliciously sore. I wanted to sleep forever. I tried to roll over but the arms holding me tight prevented me from doing so.
• I had fucked up. The memories of last night replayed in my head. I didn't know what came over me yesterday to make me hunger for him in that manner. But whatever it was, I knew one thing. I wanted it. I wanted him so much.
• The guilt was eating me up. I betrayed Edel. I promised to wait until after our wedding and I gave it out to the man who was supposed to belong to my sister.
