Chapter 33
- Heidi walks into the room and sees me fretting over my side with a string of bandages. Her frown tells me I'm doing a poor job. Like I don't know that already.
- Sitting, she takes off her boots. But then she pauses, and looks in my direction. "Good fight."
- I still, looking in her direction. She goes on to shrug off her training clothes, all casual, like it isn't the first time she's spoken to the person she's been sharing a whole room with. "Thanks, I guess," I mutter.
