Chapter 40 The day he finds out

• It was three days later, Karla was browsing the pretty dolls section when his nickname appeared on her phone. She smiled at the initials bf and slide to pick up his call.
• "Kiska...you're not back to your apartment. What are you doing in a mall?"
• She lets out a soft laugh to his possessive tone and fiddled with her ring finger. Karla knows he had planted a tracker on the diamond ring and she knows it drives him crazy every time he finds out she's not where she was supposed to be.
