Louis greeted them before taking a seat beside Angus. When Tessa finally returned to her senses, she smiled at Louis. "So, you noticed me after all, Mr. Louis."
"I saw both of you the moment you guys entered," Louis smiled as he replied. Then, he turned to scold Angus in a playful tone. "You didn't even come to say hello when you saw me."
"I saw you were chit-chatting with a bunch of old friends, so I thought you'd chase me off if I went to say hello. So, that was why I decided not to go," Angus spread his arms out and shrugged while giving his uncle an honest explanation.
