• The air inside the mansion turned colder, or maybe it was just her feeling unsafe. Kelly stood in the hallway, with her heart pounding as she stared at the journal she has been holding on to. Going through it she noticed that a page had been ripped out—one she didn’t remember touching. The edges were clean, showing that it wasn't not torn in panic, someone had removed it deliberately.
• Her fingers trembled as she reached for her mirror, she found a familiar message staring back at her: “Trust no one. Not even yourself.”
