- " You're gonna be okay, right?" Mom says, leaning over the open window of my car.
- " I'm gonna be okay, mom, trust me. I'm just going over for a week to stay with Hayden."
- Mom sighs. " I know you'll be fine. You'll be going to college to visit your brother and you and I know he likes to do stuff." Mom rolls her eyes.
