• Celine gazed at herself in the mirror. She can't believe she was putting on a wedding gown…without her family. Though it was a contract marriage, she hopes her family could be with her. She knew she wasn't her father's favourite but he had never neglected her. Though she always had quarrels with Jasmine, she was still her little sister.
• Celine took in a huge breath as she took the bouquet. Rufus had insisted on making the wedding a memorable one even if it was just a contract. She had refused but later agreed on only putting on the wedding gown to the registrar office.
• She was very surprised at how the innkeeper got the wedding dress within two days. Rufus must have given him a lot of money. Celine was about to get up from the bed when the room door was pushed open.
