Chapter 46

• The next morning, Lavana woke up. She rubbed her eyes to chase away the remnants of sleep and then yawned while stretching her hands. She looked to the side of the bed and saw that the little one was no longer there. She looked around in perplexity.
• ‘Where could she have gone?’ Lavana thought after putting down her hands.
• She removed the blanket, got off the bed and put on flip-flops. She arranged the blanket on the bed before she headed towards the bathroom.
