• Charlotte, hearing James' pleading, heartbreaking words, takes a deep breath and wipes away her tears and then turns to look at him, fortunately she has her glasses on and that helps her hide her watery eyes.
• The woman looks at him with her forehead held high and then puts on a tiny smile. "Too late, it's too late Mr. Brown, now please stand back.
• "It's not too late" James approaches, just a few inches away, but Charlotte takes a step back, she can't keep him close.
