• So Sly walks in like he just ran out for milk or something. Then he's all chatty with my moms. They're totally vibing, laughing and getting on my nerves. Thought mom might bring up the whole wedding thing in front of Sly, but she kept it chill.
• Anyway, we decided to throw a BBQ. Mom's going all out with the salads and whatnot. Then Jasper shows up with some serious dessert. I mean, he went all in. Got to meet his new girl; turns out she's had her own fallout with Sly and wasn't keen on coming over.
