• As he sits back in his chair, the Alpha of the Whiteclaw Pack stares at the computer screen. The pretty little female curls into herself, pressing her back into the corner of the wall like she always does when she finishes her meal.
• Watching her has become a soothing pastime for her captor since she’s been locked up in his cellar, and he realizes that he’ll almost be sad when he has to get rid of her. It’s been fun watching her face fill with fear when she sees him. He likes the thrill that runs through him and the sense of power when she cowers away from him.
