Chapter 89 Fate

• "I'd like to borrow a few dollars from you." I finally said it as I looked up at Arthur with desperate eyes.
• He inhaled deeply and for some seconds he smiled, before returning his face back to normal. "But you owe me a few dollars from a while back, and that was when I lent them to you, because you wanted to pay your restaurant bills when it's already obvious that you use my money." Arthur mumbled incoherently.
• Deep down, he was happy that what I had asked of him was a simple transaction, but he wanted to play hard for a long time just to annoy the hell out of me.
