"I guess I just have to wait until he is ready to tell me his story or until he is able to come to terms with his past. I just hope that by the time he comes to terms with his past, it won't be too late for the two of us," I say to Skylar as I look out the window.
• "Morgan?" I hear Jaylen ask through the mind-link. "Can you come to the garden at the back of the main building? I need to ask you something, and I need to do it in private," Jaylen asks me, and I tell him I will be there in a few minutes.
