Chapter 3 Evil aura

• I was met with two pair of familiar green eyes like that of the forest one could easily get lost in them.
• "W...what do you want from me? I tried sounding bold but my voice failed me.
• "Who are you and what are you doing in my territory? He asked admist suspense.
• "Your territory? Well I never knew this was someone's territory, I'd never walk in if I had knew it belongs to someone. But don't worry, I'm going back or better still, can I stay in your TERRITORY for a while?" I asked emphasizing on the territory.
• "Are you a spy? Were you sent by someone to come and spy on is?" He asked but this time his eyes becoming red.
• I guess, I said more than.I was supposed to, I should have left without saying anything.
• "Answer my fùcking question" he brought his face closer to mine gritting his teeth.
• I was so lost in thought that I didn't see him coming.
• "N..not what you're thinking, I only came here to pour out my frustration, to ease my pains, not to spy on anyone" I defended.
• "Why should I trust a stranger, huh?"
• "You don't have to trust me, I don't know what to do to make you trust me. I can go if you don't want me here"
• "Why are you looking for a place to pour out your frustration?"
• "Is this a fùcking interview".
• "Don't you dare raise your voice at me in my territory if you still wanna leave here alive".
• "I came cause my mate left me. Can I go now?"
• "Was he really your mate? Or you were in love with someone who ain't your mate and then boom..he found his mate and left you?"
• "Yes".
• "Absolutely, cause I know mate bond are hard or can never be broken".
• "Can i go now?"
• "Come with me" he said walking away while I followed quietly.
• We got to our destination or rather his destination.
• I could see many of them at the training ground .
• The place is quiet a big place, it could accommodate 300-500 wolves, and I can see they are still working on expanding the place.
• Immediately we got there, they all left what they were doing, and all attention were on us particularly me.
• I'm new so all eyes should be on me.
• "She would be staying with us for a while, treat her well" he said to the others in a commanding tone, no doubt he's the Alpha.
• "Tell them your name, you can join them or come inside if you wish" he said heading inside the mansion or castle.
• "H..hello, my name is Vanessa but you can call me Nessa" I introduced.
• But instead of welcoming me, they were all staring at me awkwardly.
• "You're beautiful, Nessa" a little of about 4/5 said handing some flowers to me.
• "Thank you sweetie, where is your mother?"
• "She's over there tending to flowers".
• "Did she ask you to give me these flowers?"
• "Yes" she answered, smiling and fondling her fingers"
• "Can you take me to her?"
• "Yes"
• I was expecting to see an old woman, but I met a young girl about my age.
• "Hey, I'm Vanessa Carson, nice meeting you".
• "I'm Anna Gregory, nice meeting you too Vanessa"
• "Can I help? Hope you don't mind?"
• "No, not at all, but you need to treat them.with care of they will die".
• "Just like we human, we also need care, don't you think so?"
• "Absolutely, but I think there is something behind your words, mind sharing with me?"
• "No..I was only saying, you don't have to worry"
• "Why do I feel like you don't wanna say it I'm always here if you feel like sharing your burden. Let's go in it's time for lunch" she urged lifting the basket of flowers while I held her child whom I got to know as Daisy
• We got in and I met the unknown man who brought me here sitting at the dining already having lunch
• while the maids were walking in and out of the big kitchen Holding difference delicacy of foods and expensive wine.
• I was dragged to the dining and was giving a seat beside the Alpha.
• "Why should I be sitting here the Luna is supposed to be the one sitting here and not me"
• "There is no Luna" he answered in a hoarse voice like that of an angry lion.
• "Oh we can eat then" i quickly delved into my food without warning I'm so hungry since I refused to eat at home
• I don't know how they would be feeling without me at home will they be looking for me
• What about Jason what would he be doing by now probably having s*x with his newly found mate.
• And Samantha might be feeling like she won.
• I can't go back there, I can't face the mockery no I can't and I won't go back I can't stand the Shame.
• After the lunch I went back to my room
• "Nessa?"someone called from the outside
• "Come in the door is open" I answered dryly, I lost all my voice crying.
• The door pushed open and Anna walked in.
• She's been the only person I've talked to since I came here, but there's something about her that doesn't go well with me.
• "How was the lunch with the Alpha? Hope you enjoyed your meal?"
• "Yeah, I did, one of the best food I've ever had" I answered smiling.
• Well I have to smile to avoid her asking me questions I can't answer. The little time I've spent with her, I got to know she loves asking questions a lot or should I say she wanna know everything about me.
• That's so gross but I wouldn't want her to know how uncomfortable I feel around her and there's this aura around her that screams EVIL.
• "Nessa?" She called again, flicking her fingers on my face.
• "huh?"
• "You spaced out".
• "Did I?"
• "What's thw matter? You were lost for two minutes" she said.
• For a moment, I forgot i once thought she was the park time keeper, she'd tell you everything that has happened and the tome there happened.
• "I was just thinking".
• "About what?" She brought her face closer, eager to hear what I was going to say.
• "I was just thinking of how good the pack is" I could see her face drop in disappointment, while her fist were clenching and unclenching.
• Why would she be mad, what was she expecting me to say?
• "What happened? You don't look happy, is anything the problem? I asked.
• "Uhm.. No, nothing at all" she smiled trying to cover the visible frown on her face.
• "Okay, I'm feeling sleepy" I yawned.
• "I would leave then, you can have your beauty sleep" she said standing up to leave.
• "Okay, do take care of yourself"
• She hurriedly left and closed the door, but I could see her legs, she's still there.
• Is she trying to eavesdrop on me? That's so dumb and lame.
• She can stand there for as long as she wants, I don't care.
• I laid on the bed and turned towards the window while the soft breeze blew me to sleep.
• I woke up to the knock on my door, in the middle evening.
• "Who is there?"
• "The Alpha king wants to see you".
• "okay, I will be there in a second"
• I quickly hopped off my bed and rushed to the bathroom to do my business.
• I came out and changed into one of the clothes they gave to me, which without doubts were new clothes.
• I hurriedly left my room to the Alpha's chamber.
• I opened one of the two size mighty doors and walked.
• "You sent for me"
• "yes I didn't ask you the name of the pack you came from, did I?
• "No, you didn't".
• "So would you mind telling me the name of your pack?"
• "Silver moon pack".
• "oh, I see, you can leave".
• Was that why he called me? just to ask the name of my pack, how lame, anyway that's none of my business.
