Chapter 27: Stop Thinking!

• I yawned and opened my eyes. I realized that I had actually slept. I really thought that thinking about all this mess would keep me awake for days.
• Well, if I did sleep, why did I wake up!? Now, this is the day which is gonna decide my fate like none other.
• At least I should have a choice now, shouldn’t I? This is so ridiculous. How can I even believe that what he is saying is true? God, why didn’t I think about this before? What if he is just making stories of our engagement, and what if we are not really engaged? What proof does he have?
