Chapter 6 Dream Broken

• Today is Abhay and Krishika's mehndi ( Henna ceremony). For the biggest day of his granddaughter's life, Rajender Singh Chauhan called a famous henna artist from Rajasthan.
• When they were applying henna to her hands, a henna artist asked Krishi, "Princess, with which letter does your future husband's name begin? I want to write it on your hand."
• "There is no need to write his name on my hand." Krishi replied irritatedly.
• "But princess, it is very important to write the husband's name." When the artist started arguing with krishi, krishika got up from her seat in anger and started shouting at the henna artist.
• " You don't understand once. When I said once that I do not want to write the name of that person on my hand, then why are you arguing with me?" She shouted so loudly on that henna artist that all the close people gathered there.

• " krishi what happened baby? why are you scolding her? She only asked the name, so why are you getting angry on such a small thing?" Tara Singh, Krishika's aunt asked her.
• "Aunt, please explain one thing to all of you, that no one should force me in any way, otherwise no one will be worse than me." she said bitterly and started leaving but till than Abhay reach there and hold her wrist, and ordered that same henna artist to write 'ABHAY ' on her palm.
• Seeing Abhay holding her wrist like this, Krishi waved her hand from his grip and said , "Who are you to command her? She will only do what I tell her because I'm princess but why she will listen to you rather you are not any king . understand."
• Seeing his bad behavior, Abhay's anger was increasing even more, but only then he remembered the promise given to his mother.
• " krishi children, don't do that. What is this way of talking to your future husband? And in this way you cannot leave the henna function in half. Sit back in your seat and complete your henna ceremony" Tara scolds her in front of everyone due to which Krishika gets angry and throws away the henna plate and runs away.
• Seeing him doing this, Mahima Singhania, Tara Singh's younger sister said with a smile, " Amazing didi ( sister) , first you all together spoil her and then you yourself scold her. And anyway, his anger is justified, after all, dad did not find a boy of her standard for him, but got him done by a poor man who can't even afford her basic needs, poor krishi. "
• "Mahima, I will deal with you later." Saying this, Tara also went after Krishi.
• Krishika's room
• Krishika was trying to get rid of henna from her hands in the bathroom but Abhay's name could not be spared.
• The entire henna had been created in her hands. It seemed that Abhay loved her very much.

• Accepting Tara's words, Krishi nodded her head in yes and started having dinner.
• The whole night passed like this. The next morning the preparations for the turmeric ceremony were going on in the palace.
• Krishika was also brought down to the hall and the ritual started.
• Krishika was hopeful that Tara would find some way or the other before getting married, so she was quietly performing all the rituals.
• Everyone started applying turmeric to Krishika in turn. Tara also applied turmeric to Krishika, then Krishika asked her about the plan in a gesture. So Tara responded to the gesture with a wink.
• At last a big smile appeared on Krishika's lips which was noticed by Rajender Singh.
• Soon the haldi ceremony is over and Krishika is sent back to the room to get ready for the wedding.
• Dressed in a red outfit, Krishika was looking very beautiful. And why doesn't it look, after all that lehenga was designed by Manish Malhotra.
• While the make-up artists were doing Krishika's make-up, there was a different glow on her face. That glow was of happiness. He hoped that Tara would definitely help him, but Tara's whereabouts were not known far and wide.
• After the make-up artists left, Krishika felt that maybe now Tara would execute her plan.
• When she did not come after waiting for half an hour, Krishika ordered a servant to call Tara.
• Ten minutes later, Tara came into the room and, adjusting the scarf on Krishika's head, said, "You are looking very beautiful." and kissed her on the forehead.
• Seeing him doing this, Krishika could not understand why Tara was behaving like this with her.
• Before she could ask Tara anything, Gitanjali came there.
• "Wow you are looking very beautiful sweetie." Gitanjali said applying black tika behind her ear and kept the necklace box in her hand. "This is for you" said with proud smile.
• But instead of saying thank you, Krishika rolled her eyes.
• Geetanjali had understood that Krishika does not like her at all, so she smiled a little and left.
• After he leaves, Krishika throws the necklace box on the ground and angrily says to Tara, "Bua ( aunty) you were supposed to help me, then why are you doing all this drama. Prist will call me downstairs in a while. How will everything happen? what is your plan Tell me something."
• ,I'm sorry Krishi but I can't help you any more. Dad has made the security even more high everywhere so that no stranger from outside can come inside and the same is applicable for us too. " As soon as Tara said this, Krishika's dream turned 360°.
