• Julian felt tired after a very long sleep. When she fluttered her eyelids open, it was the dim light from the chandelier she saw.
• Slowly she turn her head to see Mini on the couch just ahead. The young Researcher was asleep with the Pet Project record note resting on her bosom.
• A smile curled up at the corner of Julian's lips at this, and she made to get up only to feel the sharp, unforgiving pain in her lower back. What came next was the feeling of discomfort in her tummy, forcing her to give a soft cry.
