Chapter 6 She ruined his wedding

  • Under the snow-white beam, a bright and stunning face appeared in front of everyone.
  • She wore a long retro dress and a brown wig, cleverly covering the scar on her left face. Her right face wore a retro makeup. Her red lips were delicate and charming, and she smiled brightly, just like the cover lady of the old Hong Kong period. Every twinkle and smile of her was stunning and moving, gorgeous and blurred.
  • People who wanted to see her humiliated froze, and even Carl set his sights right at her.
  • But she just looked down on him lightly, and her eyes were as cool as looking at a stranger.
  • His heart trembled violently.
  • Stella noticed Carl's sights and gave Grace a fierce look and asked the host to hand her the microphone.
  • Sweet melody rang in her ears, but Grace smiled charmingly and suddenly rushed forward to turn off the power of the large running screen.
  • The scene immediately darkened. Grace cleared her throat and said in a hoarse and ugly voice: 'I'm sorry to disappoint everyone. Now my throat is destroyed and I can't sing, but I can tell you a story about how Stella killed Caleb.'
  • As her voice stopped, the big screen scrolled out the video of Stella meeting Caleb five years ago, giving her photo to Caleb and inducing Caleb to commit suicide.
  • This video was obtained by Grace with great effort. She has been waiting for today for a long time.
  • The scene immediately became a mess, and all kinds of swearing and reproaching sounds kept coming.
  • But this time, they were all for Stella.
  • Well, very well, now she wanted Stella to taste the suffering she has had five years ago!
  • Grace stood in the light, smiling, looking up at Carl and sneered, 'Carl, do you see? Stella is the real murderer who killed Caleb. Who you want to marry is your real enemy!'
  • She thought Carl would be hysterical and would rush over to grab her by the neck and kill her, but he actually stood there calmly, allowing her to mess up the scene and ruin the wedding.
  • Grace was completely taken aback. His deep eyes were like thick fog, which she couldn't see through...
  • 'Grace, you bitch! How dare you frame me!' Stella couldn't help it. Suddenly, she rushed to Grace like crazy, pulled off the wig on her head, raised her bouquet of flowers and smashed it hard in her face.
  • The thorns of the roses cut her face bloody.
  • She gave a sneer, grabbed Stella's hands and snorted coldly, 'My good sister, you should be rational. If you continue like this, you will become the new vicious woman in Romantic city.'
  • With a loud roar, Stella looked at the guests pointing at her with a face of horror, shook her head hurriedly, and tears fell down.
  • Grace smiled triumphantly. The next second, Carl suddenly stepped forward and stretched out his hands to hold Stella in his arms.
  • He was like a lofty mountain, blocking all reviling for her.
  • She thought that the long years had made her heart thick with ice, which was indestructible enough. But when she saw with her own eyes that he protected Stella, her scarred and battered heart still suffered from severe pain.
  • Carl, I was the woman who had loved you for five years, and I was the one who had been wronged.
  • Why did you treat me so hard five years ago, but now you are so tolerant of Stella?
  • It was she who really killed Caleb, wasn't she?
  • Grace watched Carl escort Stella away with her own eyes. Before she felt sad, she saw two bodyguards dressed in black rush forward and drag her out of the hall.
  • She tried to escape, but was hit hard on the back of the head and fainted.
  • When she opened her eyes again, she found herself locked up in a dark and damp underground wine cellar.
  • She got up from the ground trembling all over, but her back hit a wine rack and the bottles fell into broken glass all over the floor.
  • Her calves were hurt by the glass, but she couldn't take care of it. She was so scared that she had to leave here.
  • She rushed frantically towards the door with a glimmer of light, shouting desperately for help, but the wooden door was locked.
  • She could only knock on the wooden door vigorously and used her fingernails to crack the door. Finally, her fingernails broke and blood was all over the wall.
  • She slumped feebly on the ground, cold and hungry.
  • It seemed that she still angered Carl.
  • She didn't even know how long she had been locked up. When she heard the door open, she was already weak.
  • A bruiser came at her, crushed her to the ground and tore her clothes to pieces!
