Chapter 39 Divorce, why?

• After Jane stormed out of the office, the first thing she did was call Nathan's dad, explaining everything to him. As expected, Mr Alexander Legend was furious and when he put a call through to Nathan, the latter didn't answer. Therefore, instead of returning to Spain, he stayed back, unknown to Nathan. 
• He had also arranged a spare key to Nathan's penthouse for Jane but surprisingly when she got there, the door wasn't locked. Besides, there was an unexpected presence. The lights were on, and there was a laptop on the centre table.
• "Nat, are you back?" She called out, knowing how impossible it was because she had left Nathan at the office but, who else could be in his house, except she was in the wrong place. Her heart sank when Lanre descended the stairs from Nathan's room, with a towel wrapped around his waist, his hair dripping wet. "What are you doing here?" she inquired. Disappointment and discontentment nudging her. She knew Lanre but wasn't happy to see him at all.
