Chapter 30 Xxix - Sophie

• I had entered and tried to help Rosa, keeping my mind occupied would keep me from thinking about Patrick or what had almost happened in the workshop.
• After we finished everything, Rosa made my favorite cake and sent me out of the kitchen, insisting that I needed to rest for a while.
• She put me in her son's room, which I insisted was unnecessary, I could easily stay on the couch, but she didn't listen to me, she just forced me to go in there and rest. I took a shower and returned to the room, trying not to think about how much of a mess my life was.
