- I was sleeping peacefully with a heart shaped pillow hugging to my chest not long before I heard the alarm beside my head, on the bedside table, disturb my sleep.
- I lazily undid my lashes and blinked, trying to adjust to the glowing golden sunlight, tickling my face with warmth. My bed was right across the window, and since it became too hot last night I left it open.
