Chapter 131

• Dangelo had already walked over to her side, and Charlotte, following the rehearsed script from earlier in the day, picked up the microphone and answered a few of Dangelo's questions. Then she could step back and wait for the intermission before going back on stage one last time. Finally, they wrapped up for the day.
• "Ms. Bernard, many of our mutual fans have come here today. Do you have anything you would like to say to them?"
• Charlotte smiled at the camera on the big screen and said, "I am very grateful for their support over the years. I am honored that the two of us have shared fans."
