Chapter 12

• Kidnapped
• When I started to stir, I struggled to sit up only to find that something was holding me down, or I thought, but then I realized they tied me to the bed. Arms restrained to the headboard and tape over my mouth so I could not scream. Scared, there was no clue on what was going on or where I was.
• Footsteps…. I can hear footsteps getting closer. I close my eyes and open them to see a woman make her way to the side of the bed. Tears are running down my face as I watch her.
