Chapter 5 No Not Your Cheeks

• Dahlia POV.
• I sighed as I stood up and touched my hair. I could feel those bunny ears and laughed walking to the cafeteria.
• I brought out my phone to text Riley immediately I got to the cafeteria.
• But I could sight her already waving at me.
• "over here" her loud voice came up
• I smiled and walked to them but there was Kylo seated. The moment our eyes met he looked away and I did same taking my seat
• "wow...nice hair do" Riley smiled at me
• "Thanks...." I faked a smile and turned to Kylo eating like he didn't hear what she had just said
• "So you know how to do this and you left your hair like a local woman!" Victor laughed and grabbed my left ear
• "ah!" I yelped and slapped his hands immediately
• "Victor are you nuts!!" Riley exclaimed and hit him with her fork
• "ow! I only wanted to touch those bunny ears"
• "by pulling my ear?" I fired at him and huffed
• "I'm sorry" he laughed
• I rolled my eyes and looked at the table.. bagels coated in cream and doughnuts were in the middle of our table
• Hmm I'll go for the bagels.. I smiled and reached for it looking away but suddenly felt a hand soft as a baby butt and cold against mine.
• I looked at the hand...it was Kylo.
• He also wanted it?
• I gulped down and slowly turned to look at him
• "you can have that" he said and took his hands away
• "no you take it....." I replied
• "You wanted it first" he replied
• "ah..I didn't want the bagels.... actually" I said knowing I was lying
• "What's wrong with the both of you?" Riley chuckled and took the bagels
• "since you guys don't know who will take it" Victor added and took another
• I sighed and sat back...they can have it all
• I bit my lips seeing Victor eat them up and then another
• should I just take mine...it would soon be finished
• Riley and Victor kept talking random talks and laughing
• I sat sipping from my cup of yoghurt like it would never end
• I stylishly looked at Kylo hoping he won't catch me and he didn't.. he was with his phone in his hands and the other hand was a cup of yoghurt also
• I stretched my hands out and picked a doughnut to eat.
• But it wasn't the type I wanted...no jam were on this.
• "ah!!" I groaned and dropped it back
• "what did you guys even order!" I muttered and then Kylo handed another piece of doughnut to me
• "ah no thanks" I replied
• he turned the other side....there was jam on it
• "jam...." I gasped and heard him chuckle
• "maybe you don't want it!" he shrugged and made attempt to throw it into his mouth but I held his hands immediately
• "ah!" I yelled and sighed since he stopped
• "thanks...." I smiled as he let go of it for me to have
• "mmm!" Victor nodded his head
• "So...now you have what you wanted... why was your mood that way earlier in class?" Riley asked me
• Oh man...why did she ask me about it again
• "you see...your facial expression is changed again" Riley said
• "I just can't help it..when ever I think of it" I muttered lowly and took a bite from my doughnut
• "you know you should be free with us" Victor said and cupped my cheeks
• My eyes went wide immediately... I could hear Kylo gasp beside me
• It was like he was about to say a word but he stopped
• "what is it!" I shrieked at his touch and slapped his hands away
• "what's with you people and my cheeks today!" I muttered and pulled my cup closer to me
• "your cheek? someone else touched it?" Victor gasped
• "mmm... that was what she just said...but I thought you don't allow people touch it" Riley muttered and moved more closer to me
• "Yep..apart from me, she said only people she loves" victor smiled day-dreamingly
• "arrgh just cut the crap Victor..." Riley said irritatedly and rolled her eyes
• I sighed and took a cookie to eat since all they ordered was obviously snacks.. oh heavens
• "So firstly.... who was that person that touched your cheeks today?" Victor asked
• "what?" I laughed
• "why are you sounding jealous!" I laughed lowly
• "you know how soft they are...and I told you not to let anyone touch your cheek...even if its the president son....or a multi billionaire... or even the prince or a goddamn king" he rushed them up in a second
• "Especially your left cheeks!" he smiled and made attempt to touch it again but I slapped his hands away
• "don't be an idiot victor" I rolled my eyes
• "but who?" he asked again
• "Does that even matters?" Riley asked
• "well it sure does" he replied and looked at me with a questioning look on his face
• "Just stop it Victor... I touched her cheeks so what?" Kylo spoke up and smirked at him
• "you too who asked for your opinion!" I retorted
• "since he was really demanding to know...he had to know" he shrugged and continued eating
• "ahhh.... you just made it worst"I bit my lower lips
• "Ky... kylo?" Victor blinked rapidly at the both of us
• "ah...Dahlia I said you shouldn't let even the president son touch your cheeks!" he groaned
• "and what's bad if I do?" Kylo groaned
• "just stop it!" I half yelled at them
• "yes please I was saying something before" Riley interrupted
• "Ah..that should be your first and last time Kylo.." he said like a dad warning his son

• "So where were we " Kylo asked innocently and pulled closer to the table
• "My uncle finally moved in with his family" I sighed
• "well that's good... at least you won't die of boredom" Riley exclaimed and pulled my hands in
• "Yeah I hope so...."I replied
• "Hope so?"
• "what's wrong with them in?" Kylo asked me
• "Not like anything is wrong but...." I paused
• "something happened this morning?" Victor asked me
• These friends...they know me so well enough
• I sighed and nod my head
• "oh my what happened?" Riley asked me
• "whatever it is leave it to me...my dad is a politician.. I'll make sure he handles them if they hurt you!" she said
• "c'mon nothing really happened this morning, they just moved in and that's all.." I faked a smile
• "what's the wife like?" Victor asked sternly
• "I think she is bossy... she is aso mean.. from the way she acted this morning I could tell" I replied
• "does she have kids? like grown up children?" Kylo asked
• I thought about it...
• "yeah...about three...I guess they are the only one" I replied
• "What's the first child like?" Riley asked
• "ah...he's hot and damn cute" I smiled and cupped my cheeks in my hands
• They didn't say a word...
• "ahh....." that was what I heard Riley say lowly
• I turned to look at Kylo giving me blank facial expression and Victor whose teeth were smiling at me.. but his face looked sour
• "dis I say something stupid?" I asked lowly
• "look at you.. we are trying to figure something out and you're complementing your cousin!" Victor poked my head
• "its not even complementing... that's not the right word to use" Riley added
• I turned to Kylo.. expecting something from his side
• "Dummy bunny" he replied
• "what! I was just saying what I saw..." I whined
• "okay...he's Dylan" I said
• "better..age?" Victor asked
• He was really eager to know..the look in his eyes could tell more than enough
• "yeah his age?" Riley added
• I looked at Kylo.. he gave me a 'what' look!
• "I don't know..." I shrugged
• "he should be older than me..maybe a year or two" I replied
• "how could you know how handsome he is and not know his age" Riley rolled her eyes and sighed
• "I was in a hurry to school girl you don't expect me to stand and chit chat with him" I scoffed and took another bite of my cookie
• "okay..if that's it" Victor replied
• "The second?" Kyle asked without looking at me
• "A Girl.. arrgh! one crazy mouse...I hate the way she glares at me.." I murmured
• "oh..she might bring you trouble" Riley and Victor said in unison
• "c'mon it's just the first day.. not really" I replied
• "ah! and yeah.. I think she is gonna attend our school with her siblings" I said wide eyed
• "Hawkeye!" Victor exclaimed slamming his palms against each other
• "yes! that's much better.. I'll keep eyes on her" Riley said
• "is that all?" Kylo asked
• "and a little girl...don't know anything about her yet" I replied
• "whatever they'd be like its your father's house not theirs... they've got to respect that" Kylo said sternly
• "yeah...that's true..they better help kill boredom not bring something more" Riley said
• "yeah..and none of them should touch your cheek.. I'm being serious Dahlia.. none of THEM" Victor said
• I laughed...my cheeks..
• "you..." Kylo clicked his tongue and lifted my chin turning my face to the left and touched my left cheek
• "ah!" I laughed as Victor grabbed his arm and went to him
• "oh dude you're my best friend but I don't joke with Dahlia" he said and went to pull his hands
• Riley and I bursted into laughter
• "Ah! jeez it hurts!" Kylo groaned
• As soon as Victor was satisfied he went back to his seat and then looked at my Bunny ear
• "I hate that I'm not the one that bought you that" he muttered
• Kylo laughed..
• Riley lowered my head to her level looking at it .."its really nice..looks expensive, you had this the whole time and didn't wear it but wait....I guess I've seen this around before!" she said as I lifted my head
• "you have?" I asked her
• "hmm... wait!" she exclaimed
• "Kylo... I saw it in your bag the other time" she said
• His eyes went wide.."you searched my bag??" he half yelled
• "I had to return a note" she said
• "you're saying Kylo gave it to you?" Victor groaned
• "Kylo?" he turned to him
• "actually some girls disturbed her and made her hair rough" Kylo said
• "just go straight to the point... Dahlia were you bullied?" Riley asked me
• "What? no...." I laughed
• "what's no...yes!" Kylo replied and clicked his tongue
• "Really? those motherf**kers!" Riley bit her lips and looked round
• "who exactly?" she asked
• "ah..no___" I trailed off
• "Ophelia and her minions..." Kylo replied
• "wow.. they are in for it"
• "Nah.. I'll get them suspended" Victor replied
• "no no its okay" I hurriedly said
• " nothing is okay when It comes to hurting you" Riley said and took my hands into hers
• "my sister from another mother..."
• "I think I'll have to adopt you" Victor laughed
