Chapter 80

• Each step she took forward Anthony’s heart began to beat faster. A naughty twinkle sequenced in her eyes which nobody would notice but for him. He knew the language of her optics. She was having a lot of fun in teasing him by not even giving him a glimpse of her. But damn the waiting was worth it! She looked like a fallen Angel.
• “It has been seven days, twenty two hours and five seconds since the last time I saw you. You played enough with me. Wait till my hands reach you, my little soon to be wife.” He whispered in her ears clandestinely and projected the same naughtiness she had in her eyes seconds ago. In a flash the twinkle in her blue irises died down as if caught by a wave. Tout de suite Anthony displayed a triumphant grin which now everyone could see.
• “Take care of my daughter. Otherwise I will break your bones.” Carson spoke with a smile putting Celeste's hand in his but Anthony did not miss the seriousness behind his words.
