• I wake up to the sound of knocking at the door. “Nana come down breakfast is ready.” Clara called from the other side. My eyes open and was blind by the ray of light that escapes through a crack in the blind.
• Ace was still sleeping next to me. “Nana, are you awake?” She called again. “Nana, if you don’t answer I’m coming in.” She knocks again. Damn it, she didn’t know Ace had spent the night. It is going to be so embarrassing if she walks in on us like this.
