Chapter 18

• “Good morning, Dr John.” Estella murmured, trying to pin down her tears. It wasn't easy bearing to see someone you were once superior to talking down on you and threatening you. The elevator ascended, she wished it would arrive on the floor she was heading to quickly.
• When she did, she wanted to step out but John blocked the way, not until you address me as sir. She bawled her fist while her head was lowered.
• “Sir,” she forced out of her throat with anger. John burst out laughing, releasing his hand from the way for her to pass. Bianca was behind smirking with a sarcastic fast. The two returned their attention to each other as the elevator door closed and they went uo together.
