Chapter 17 Dad's Return

• "Adriel, hurry up. We need to go," Stacey mumbled, walking over to Adriel, who was putting her things into her backpack.
• "Please hold on; I'll be done soon," Adriel replied.
• "You definitely need my help, Adriel, or else we might have to spend the night in school," Stacey sassed facepalm, which made Adriel chuckle in response. She picked up the books on the table and took Adriel's backpack, after putting the books into it, she handed it back to Adriel.
