- A call to Steve was all the confirmation he needed. Davis was driving down to Kent's the very next minute.
- He tried Kent's phone several times but his friend didn't return any of his calls. This had his thoughts hammering on him. He wondered if he should be worried or if everything was OK. His thoughts were muddled and couldn't wait to find out soon enough.
